Finding a Case

A primary source provides direct or firsthand evidence about an event, object, or person. Primary sources include historical and legal documents, eyewitness accounts, results of experiments, statistical data, audio and video recordings, and speeches.

Primary legal sources are court cases, public laws, statutes, documents from administrative bodies such as the FCC, and legislative histories.
