"Neurodiversity refers to the idea that neurological differences, such as those seen in autism or ADHD, reflect normal variations in brain development" (Psychology Today, n.d.).

Companies are working with their HR departments to capitalize on the talents of neurodiverse people, as Harvard Business Review highlighted back in 2017. The Forbes Business Council recently shared a post about how companies can better support neurodiverse employees.
