Located on the first floor of Rose and in the basement of Carrier, these makerspaces offer tools, supplies, and guidance for the JMU community to learn, tinker, craft, invent and discover.
We provide workshops on how to use these resources on a scheduled basis, and will custom design workshops for academic needs.
We also provide equipment loans: you can borrow portable audio recorders and microphones, DSLR cameras and camcorders, tripods and lighting kits, video projectors, small PA systems, and more.
All of our services and supplies are available free-of-charge to all students, faculty and staff, for both academic and personal projects.
