What Are Secondary Sources?
Secondary sources describe, discuss, interpret, comment on, analyze, evaluate, or summarize primary sources. Secondary sources include articles in newspaper or magazines, book or movie reviews, and scholarly articles that discuss or evaluate someone else's original research.
Secondary legal sources include law review articles, books, and popular press materials.
