Carrier Renovation FAQs

When people ask you about the renovation, whether you are staffing a desk, or our chat service, answering an email, or are just out and about… please take these 2 basic steps to answer the questions:

  1. Refer to our Renovation FAQs (written as much for you as for the public) and see if one of the FAQs can answer their question
  2. If the FAQ page can’t partly or fully answer their question…
    1. Let them know renovation plans are still actively being worked on
    2. Tell them you’ll share their question with the renovation planning teams
    3. Add the question, complaint, or concern to the Campus Questions and Conversations about Carrier Renovation form
