When people ask you about the renovation, whether you are staffing a desk, or our chat service, answering an email, or are just out and about… please take these 2 basic steps to answer the questions:
- Refer to our Renovation FAQs (written as much for you as for the public) and see if one of the FAQs can answer their question
- If the FAQ page can’t partly or fully answer their question…
- Let them know renovation plans are still actively being worked on
- Tell them you’ll share their question with the renovation planning teams
- Add the question, complaint, or concern to the Campus Questions and Conversations about Carrier Renovation form
