Open Educational Resources (OER): Any educational resource that has an open license, which allow users to reuse, redistribute, revise, remix, and retain resources.
Open Access (OA) publications: A publication that is digital, online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions.
Affordable Course Content (ACC): Any educational resource available for student use at low or no additional cost. In addition to OER and OA publications, ACC also includes library-owned and subscribed resources.
