| In order to become a community borrower in the JMU Libraries system, users MUST have a public library card from Massanutten Regional Library located in downtown Harrisonburg |
- this is because we piggy back off of the MRL card number in order to create our own unique, individual community borrower accounts
- users must also present a valid photo ID when signing up for a community borrower account
- users can visit either Rose Library or JMU Libraries Express to sign up for a community borrower account
- the most accessible library location for community borrowers will be Rose Library located East Campus (by Walmart)
- short term visitor parking for Rose Library is available in the follow parking lots on east campus:
- Lot D3 (metered parking)
- Lot D2 (metered parking)
