Five years after the shooting death of Trayvon Martin that catalyzed a movement, Black Lives Matter (BLM) continues to be a point of controversy in the national rhetoric. A new display in Carrier Library aims to not only explore the system from which the BLM movement began, but to highlight the black experience in art and literature and American society as a whole.
